Get Connected Icon Get Connected Icon ongoing

Description

This is an opportunity specifically for those under the age of 18!

Our Teen Accountability Program helps youth who are charged with a first-time offense or a school code of conduct violation gain a valuable understanding and help to repair harm. As part of the process, Peer Jurors listen to TAP Hearings and help to determine the next steps.

The Peer Juror is a position available for youth in grades 8 through 12. Hearings happen approximately twice a month on Fridays beginning at 9 am and typically running through the early afternoon. Training is included in that timeframe.

For more questions about the position, please contact Beverley Nettles at beverley@childandfamily.org.
