Each year, the City of Lansing heads to Pennsylvania Avenue for Neighborhoods in Bloom Corridor Planting.
Pennsylvania Ave is home to quite a few "island" medians that stand in the center of the road. We see these medians as blank canvases to beautify a road that many of us in, and around Lansing, use.
The City of Lansing is looking for volunteers to help plant flowers along these medians. We'll supply the flowers (and even dig the holes) we just need neighbors to help plant them! Parking is available at Sycamore Park (1415 S Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing, MI 48910).
