Who We Are

Children and families healing from abuse and neglect, and navigating the complex criminal and family justice systems, need a safe and comforting place to receive support. The Voice for Clinton County’s Children is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for child survivors and their non-offending family members on their journey to healing and justice.

What We Do

Our organization provides a few key services:

  1. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA): Volunteers from the CASA program are trained to represent the best interests of children in the foster care system. They act as a voice for these children in court proceedings, ensuring their needs and rights are heard, forging strong, supportive relationships with youth to build on resilience, and being a consistent presence in the lives of children and teens.
  2. Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC): The CAC offers a safe, child-friendly environment where children who have experienced abuse can receive support. The center provides forensic interviews, advocacy, case review, court support, and other supportive services to help children and their families heal and navigate the legal process.
  3. Toys for Tots: Connecting with families in Clinton County to make the holiday season a bit brighter through our holiday pop-up store where we share gifts donated by the community to parents and caregivers to give their children.
