DAP Services & Resources is a compassionate and community-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equity and addressing the unique needs of underserved aging populations. We believe everyone deserves access to stable housing, quality healthcare, and supportive resources—especially seniors and individuals managing chronic illnesses who face housing instability or homelessness. We are advocates, care coordinators, educators, and facilitators, working tirelessly to break down barriers, reduce disparities, and create sustainable solutions for the most vulnerable members of our community. Our team is passionate about fostering dignity, improving quality of life, and empowering individuals to thrive despite the challenges they face. Through programs like the Senior Stability Program, Golden Gatherings, and Crucial Conversations, we provide essential support and resources that transform lives.

We provide Care coordination, community education, resource facilitation and healthcare services to vulnerable individuals, particularly seniors aged 60 and over and those managing chronic illnesses who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
