Our services are provided by our Prime Time tutors and mentors will build the student’s confidence in their ability to learn within a positive and safe environment. We will also focus on concepts, such as; leadership, independent learning, goal setting, time management and many more to improve our student’s overall academic performance. We will serve students from 3rd grade through 8th for academic tutoring. Format: IN-School Tutoring Program Outline: Section A - November 2019 - December 2019 Tutor orientation and training Teacher lead supportive classroom role Individualized and small group tutoring Individualized math, reading and writing student support 1 to 2 hours week, 2 months total 10 am - 1 pm time slots Section B - January 2020 - March 2020 Teacher lead supportive classroom role Individualized and small group tutoring Individualized math, reading and writing student support In-class assessment and testing support 1 to 2 a hours week, 3 months total 10 am - 1 pm time slots As a nonprofit organization, The PTMTES organization is funded through donations and grants. Our revenue will come from individual foundations, corporations, government programs, and in-kind contributions. We are proud to say that the majority of our operating budget will directly go into our tutoring and mentoring services. Prime Time Mentoring & Tutoring Educational Services will provide students an opportunity to receive educational support designed to build a more competent and successful learner in our current educational system. Our services will consist of one-on-one and group formats, based on the individual's needs. Prime Time will work with the student's school, family and community to grow a supportive network of individuals who will prioritize the overall success of our learners.
