Qualifications Willingness to support the Red Cross mission MUST HAVE REGULAR OPEN WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY Ability to meet and greet a variety of people in a friendly, courteous manner Ability to communicate and interact with donors, paid and volunteer staff team members Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner Must be at least 16 years-old (or 14 with parent supervision)Training Provided Orientation to the American Red Cross Blood Services orientation and skills training Ongoing training to update informationOne 6 hour shift every month.
