The annual National Letter Carriers' Food Drive is Saturday, May 14, 2016. Residents in the greater Lansing area will be putting non-perishable food out by their mailbox for pick-up by a mail carrier or an event volunteer driver. Volunteer drivers working out of the Clark Corners (DeWitt) collection site will be assigned 'pick-up routes' throughout the 48906 zip code.
At the collection site, volunteers will sort food and package for transport to the Greater Lansing Food Bank.
