Who We Are
Mission: To provide a home and care for terminally ill people who live alone or do not have the care they need during their last days of life.
Mother Teresa House is not a facility, but a hospice house in a simple family home where we can care for up to three guests at a time.
What We Do
Key services include:
- Palliative Care: Mother Teresa House offers palliative care to ensure comfort and dignity for residents nearing the end of life. This includes pain management and supportive care tailored to individual needs.
- Support for Families: The organization provides emotional and spiritual support to the families of residents, helping them navigate the challenges of caring for a dying loved one.
- Volunteers: The house relies on trained volunteers to help with caregiving and daily operations. Volunteers assist with tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship.
- Free Services: All services at Mother Teresa House are provided free of charge, ensuring that people in need can access compassionate care regardless of their financial situation.
